Best from 2025-2035. The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, powerful wine. Big, brawny tannins wrap around a core of black fruit, spice, leather and menthol. This strapping, brooding Chiles Valley Cabernet delivers plenty of impact. It is perhaps a bit rustic, but full of character at the same time. Cherries, plums, dried herbs, earth, charred bark and baking spices on the nose. Medium-to full-bodied with powdery tannins. Concentrated, yet fresh and juicy with a flavorful finish.
