Psyllium is used for the colon, colitis, constipation, and hemorrhoids.

Psyllium very effective in lowering cholesterol in the blood by preventing it from re-entering your body's circulation through the intestines.

The average drop in cholesterol is 10% to 15%.

Psyllium should be taken by itself and not mixed with other herbal combination's.

Constipation can result if Psyllium is taken at the same time with some combinations.

Cautions: Drink a lot of spring water with Psyllium.
