It has also found its place in the world of dentistry for hardening the enamel and as a natural sealant. In the olden days beekeepers used to recommend a piece of the Propolis Resin kept in the mouth for getting relief from sour throat and gingivitis.

As a dietary supplement take 1-2 ml (approx. 28-56 drops) 2-3 times a day in a small amount of water.
