A deeply fruited, supremely balanced Cab, it was fermented with native yeasts-with extended skin contact to ensure its color is as opulent as its taste-and aged in French oak for 16 long months. The result is plush and intensely flavorful, overflowing with dark red berry, cherry and coffee flavors, nuanced by tones of toasted oak and the faintest hint of black pepper.
