It includes the latest (award-winning) release of Le Champ des Etoiles, a dinner-party-ready Pinot Noir made to look and taste like a good Burgundy. It's also got a smooth and balanced red Bordeaux from the Private Reserve of Christian Moueix, the winemaker who was in charge of Château Pétrus (perhaps the most-sought after Bordeaux of all) for nearly 40 years. And it features the silky Père Guillot, from Sablet, an under-the-radar village that produces some of the Rhône's most charming reds. Tasting Notes: Le Champ des Etoiles - This is a medium-bodied red with aromas of ripe strawberry, red currant and a hint of sweet spice. It has vibrant red raspberry and cherry fruit flavors and a silky-smooth finish. Jean-Pierre Moueix Bordeaux - This is a full-bodied red with aromas and flavors of ripe dark plum, black currant and licorice, mixed with hints of clove. Père Guillot Sablet - This is a medium-bodied red with attractive violet aromas leading to a juicy, textured palate of ripe black fruit flavors and subtle tobacco tones.
