Medium duty, ANSI/BHMA grade 1 door closer certified for 1.5 million cycles. The double lever arm can be set up for standard or top-of-jamb installation, or for parallel arm mounting with the provided mounting shoe. Adjustable spring force suitable for interior doors up to 60 inches wide, or exterior doors up to 48 inches wide to meet ADA requirements. Non-handed arm allows installation on doors with hinges on the right or left side. Dark bronze powder coat finish aids in providing corrosion resistance
