Pertinace Barolo 2022

Intense, bright garnet red. A lush complex, ethereal bouquet with hints of sweet spice, ripe fruit and vanilla. A wine of great depth with flavors of dried dark fruit and herbs. Well- balanced and structured, this wine is smooth and complex with a long, lingering finish.This Barolo pairs beautifully with roasted and braised meats as well as aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino.
