Conventional star-quad configuration: two connectors at each end, joined to a pair of opposite-side conductors. This cable is also offered in bi-wired configurations. The terminations utilize a unique ultrasonic welding process that fuses the copper wire directly to the brass banana or spade connector, with no intervening metal, compression sleeves, or setscrews. Star quad cable configuration minimizes the EM field around the cable for less interaction with other system cabling. Assembled in Seattle, Washington, using proprietary connectors and a Sonobond welder. The spade lugs, with a 9.2mm opening, are made from gold-plated sheet copper and fit almost all binding posts
