You'll have the cherry-accented Proclamation Pinot Noir and the ultra-smooth Washington Heritage Red. You'll also uncork two bottles each of the 90-point American Eagle Zinfandel and the fruit-rich Capitol Cabernet Sauvignon. Tasting Notes: USA 250 Proclamation Pinot: This is a medium-bodied red with notes of ripe cherry, strawberry, blackberry, cedar spice and toasty vanilla. USA 250 American Eagle Zinfandel: This is a full-bodied red with dried cherry and black currant aromas and flavors of fig and clove. USA 250 Capitol Cab: This is a full-bodied red with flavors and aromas of blueberry, black cherry, blackberry and subtle mocha tones.
