It prints on labels up to 4 inches wide, capable of producing shipping postage labels for packages. The QL-1100 prints via a USB connection. The 'Plug & Label' function supports quick printing of basic labels, which does not require software installation for Windows computers. The P-touch Editor software for Windows and Mac allows you to customize your labels. You can also print from Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
