DIE PROTECTION: Safeguards the GPU die and nearby surface-mounted components when using liquid metal or other conductive thermal interface materials, preventing shortcircuits and damage. HEIGHT COMPENSATION: Base material is 0.8 mm thick and compresses down to 0.15 mm, bridging height differences between the GPU die, SMDs, and heatsink. GALLIUM-RESISTANT FOAM: Made from foam that resists degradation from gallium exposure, ideal for longterm liquid metal thermal solutions.
