The terminations use a unique ultrasonic welding process that bonds the copper wire directly to the brass banana or spade connector, without any intervening metal, compression sleeves, or set screws. Star quad cable configuration minimizes the electromagnetic field around the cable, reducing interaction with other system wiring.
