Oak-aging lends itself well to grilled fish, starches, butter, and toasted nuts. This white is a full-on assault on the senses. Intense aromas and flavors of peach, lemon curd, hazelnut, salted butter, oyster shell and pastry are aligned with a creamy texture and delineated by vibrant acidity. The extended aftertaste combines everything with grace and harmony.
