White Wine by Deovlet from Central Coast, California. This site lends itself to wines with beautiful aromatics and vibrant energy. Hints of kaffir lime leaf, lemon zest, white rose, and river rock, accompanied by sweeter notes of graham and honeycomb from the light use of new French oak. On the palate the wine has great balance, depth, acidity, and tension with mineral and savory notes complementing the stone fruit and citrus. Aged for 15 months on its fine lees in 100% French oak, of which 20% is new.
