General Policies
Minimum credit card order: $25.00 Orders are filled and shipped daily, usually within 24 hours. Shipment is made via UPS. If for any reason we are unable to ship immediately, we will notify you. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Remember, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box; a street address is required. Sorry, we do not ship to Canada.
All warranties are available for your perusal prior to purchase. All catalog items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Items sent back to manufacturer for repair or evaluation may take 4-6 weeks.
Hockey sticks and blades are not guaranteed against breakage. Sorry, customized items are not returnable. These items are excluded from our Free Shipping Offer: 1-3 Sticks, additional $10 fee 1-3 Goalie Sticks, additional $10 fee Wheel Bags, additional $10 fee each Goal Pads, additional $10 fee each Oversized item charges may be added to your order separately.
