Chicago Army Navy Supply is an online military surplus store offering public safety uniforms, tactical clothing and equipment, camping survival gear and more. We specialize in BDU, ACU, SWAT uniforms and general safety equipment for all military branches, police, fire & rescue, and more.

General Policies

It's important to note that our online prices are less than what we charge in our retail store. We provide these additional discounts to help defray the shipping charges incurred when shopping online.

Please review our size charts if you have questions about fit.

You can expect to receive your order in 10-14 days. We will notify you if items can't be delivered in that timeframe. Name Tapes and Dog Tags take additional time for customization. Please allow for an extra 2-5 days for these items.

Shipments will be sent via traceable methods whenever possible. Most orders will arrive by UPS. PO Box and Military Mail addresses will be sent by the US Postal Service.

International Orders: Because the US Postal Service restricts deliveries to certain countries and shipping rates vary, please contact us to discuss your order at orders@chiarmy.com. International Customers are responsible for any and all taxes (VAT) applied by country of destination.

Return Policies

Non-custom merchandise can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or credit. Anything washed or abused will not be accepted. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless a return is necessary because of our error.

Chicago Army Navy Surplus Company was founded in 1986 in a 900 sq. ft. building located in Downers Grove, Illinois, selling used military clothing and equipment. Today and three moves later, we are one of the Midwest's leading military supply dealers and a United States Government Contractor. Our company represents military factories around the world with global delivery any time, any place. Our Retail Store and Contracting Office are located at 605 W. Ogden Ave. in Downers Grove, Illinois, 25 minutes from either O'Hare or Midway International Airports. Transportation is provided from the airports for contract consultation.

A unique feature that we offer is a mobile showroom that allows us to bring the product to you. Fully heated and air-conditioned, this rolling store on wheels allows you to shop in comfort all year round. The mobile store only travels in the midwest area, and only to authorized installations or locations.
