General Policies
In stock merchandise will usually ship within 5 to 7 days from date of order. Unless otherwise specified, all products will be shipped via the most
economical ground method. Since there exists a wide disparity in carriers and
costs depending on the recipients location, we feel that providing you a
standard cost is a disservice. Therefore, we ask that you give us a call for
freight quotation on ALL products noted as oversize. We may be reached Monday
through Friday 10:00am-9:00pm MST or Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm MST at (602)
242-9960. You may, of course, email us at paintingsplus@uswest.net. Depending
on your location, you should expect the shipment to arrive within 2 weeks from the
order date. We will notify shoppers when an item is out of stock or when it needs to be
specially ordered to confirm that the shopper is willing to wait the extra time
for delivery.
Special order merchandise will ship within 7 to 10 days from date of order.

Order Cancellation Policies
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us via phone (602) 242-9960, or via email, paintingsplus@uswest.net.
Return Policies
If your package arrives in damaged condition, please note damage with the
carrier. You must notify us of any damage within 7 days. We will file a claim
with the carrier on your behalf. Upon resolution of your claim, we will issue a
refund to your credit card. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the
piece(s) you received, you must notify us within 7 days. If we cannot resolve
the issue over the phone, (602) 242-9960, or via email, paintingsplus@uswest.net, we will
issue you a return authorization number (ROA). We will ask you to ship the piece(s)
back to us pre-paid and insured with a note containing the reason for the return
and your ROA. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund your account for all
charges less shipping.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a ROA or more than 30 days
from invoice date.
Store Privacy Policies
All e-mail addresses, phone numbers, credit card information, and any other personal information submitted to Paintings Plus Galleries will not be distributed outside our company without the permission of the customer.

Paintings Plus Galleries has operated in the Phoenix, AZ metro area under the name International Artists since 1975. International Artists was founded by my father, Scott Hunter, who operated it until April 2000. When Mr. Hunter chose to pursue other interests, I took over the responsibilty of continuing his reputation for offering quality artwork at affordable prices. The new name reflects a renewed commitment to serving the community, and to develop an image consistent with the quality of the artwork we offer. The best way to enhance our image was to unify our business name and our website name, Paintingsplus.com, to provide yet another option for your art purchasing decisions. We have thousands of original oil paintings in our inventory, ranging from 8" x 10" to 36" x 48", all in standard, easy-to-frame sizes. Our paintings have been hand picked from around the world, and are of the hightest quality. But we offer more than just paintings. We have a wide variety of frames and custom-framing options, as well as thousands of popular prints to choose from. Unlike those traveling hotel shows, we can afford to offer the highest quality original oils at affordable prices, and also give you over 100 total years of experience from our dedicated, friendly staff to help with your purchasing decision. Not only that, you can return any in stock artwork you purchase from us, if not compeletly satisfied. Very few gallieries worldwide can offer an inventory or experience like Paintings Plus Galleries. This is the primary reason for this website. Traditionally, you'd have to be in, or close to the metro Phoenix area to purchase from us.
