We ship standard orders the next day.
Most items can be shipped immediately. We will contact you if there is a delay.

Shipping Policies

We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:

Standard: UPS/USPS, DHL

Shipping Charges

Order Value  Shipping Charges   Standard  below $250.00  $13.00  $250.00 and more   10.00%

For shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii an additional $10.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.

An extra $20.00 per item will be added for overweight items.

We presently cannot accept orders for shipment outside of: United States.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when shipping to the following states:

Warranties

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If the customer is not satisfied, the sink(s) can be returned for a full refund, except for the shipping cost.

CopperCustoms offers quality copper sinks and unique home accessories.

Rafael Zarco is the leader of a family who has for generations practiced the art of coppersmithing that was brought to the Americas by Spanish priests. Centuries passed as each generation taught the next generation this special skill. Rafael oversees the creation of our sinks and copper accessories. His genius is apparent in each product we sell. Rafael is pictured above creating a copper pot while his nephew, Juan Zarco, checks a copper sink for proper dimensions.
