General Policies
We normally ship within 10 days from the time your order is received.
We will include one gift card per order for $1.00.
We will gift wrap your purchase for an additional $2.50 per order.

Taxes
Sales tax change effective July 1, 2008, Washington state has changed to a destination-based sales tax system. If your shipment is in Washington state, a separate charge will be processed for sales tax based on the sales tax rate of the shipping destination. This only affects shipments to locations within Washington state. No sales tax will be charged for destinations outside of Washington state.

Order Cancellation Policies
Cancellations of orders that have not yet been processed and shipped from our processing center will be accepted. Orders are processed when received and may be shipped the same day the order is received or as late as 10 working days after the order is received. Return Policies
All Sales Are Final
However, if you receive a book with obvious manufacturing defaults (i.e., pages missing, faulty binding, etc.), please contact us immediately by telephone [509-459-3926] or Email [julier@nmv.com]. You may be asked to return the damaged book to us. Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged goods, we will ship you a replacement book free of charge.
