Guidelines for Veterinary Uses of Cogno Blend

For:

• Signs of age-related cognitive dysfunction syndrome, such as disorientation (appears lost or confused, does not recognize familiar people, or does not respond to name or commands)
• Activity and sleep problems (sleeps more in a 24 hour day, or sleeps less during the night, or wanders aimlessly)
• Housetraining (urinates or defecates indoors, especially soon after being outside, or signals less to go outside)

Dosage:

• Animals 20-50 lbs, give ½ capsule twice daily
• Animals over 50 lbs, give 1 capsule twice daily
