If you need an egg poacher smaller than #50.EggP5, either of these will fill the bill. The 4-holer is just 7-3/4" in diameter and includes a removable insert with four removable non-stick poaching cups. The poacher is made of heavy 18/10 stainless steel with a triple-ply base, which means you can also use it as a 1-quart saute. Its lid is tempered glass with a stainless steel loop for easy grasping and a steam vent.

The 1-holer is for preparing a single poached egg. The little 2-cup saucepan holds the non-stick egg cup. It is 10" in overall length and made of 18/10 stainless steel. Both poachers include directions and recipes and are dishwasher safe.
