Mooi is a unique blend of fibers that combines all the natural qualities of bamboo, bison and cashmere into an amazingly soft yarn. The bamboo is dyed, while the cashmere and bison content are natural, producing a stunning and vibrant visual effect. Mooi is simply a pleasure to knit and add rich lustrous color to any project.

This new Bison/Cashmere/Bamboo blended luxury yarn was designed by Fibre-Isle in Prince Edward Island. In March 2008, Fibre-Isle began production and sold it under the Niji brand name. In May 2008, Fibre-Isle and Louet North America entered into a distribution arrangement. Upon discovering that the Niji name is presently in-use by another yarn company, they elected to introduce a new name, and drew from their Dutch heritage to select Mooi which means "pretty" in Dutch. - Mooi is pronounced like "boy", pronunciation [moi]

Specifications:

• Lace Wt.
• 3.0 - 3.5mm needles (2-4 US), 7-8 sts per inch
• put up in 50g (1ľoz), 350 yard skeins
• 15% Bison/ 15% Cashmere/ 70% Bamboo.
• Hand wash with a mild soap and lay flat to dry. Do not wring.
