How to use your card
- Your Lady Golf Gift Card works like a credit card with a pre-set spending limit.

You can check the available balance before you shop by calling the toll free 800 number on the back of the card .

At Check Out please provide the 16 digit account number from the back of your Gift Card in the " Survey Section" and we will use your Gift Card up to the available limit before charging your credit card.
- Each time you use your card, the purchase amount is automatically deducted from your card balance.

Spending is limited to the amount of money placed on the card by the purchaser.
- Your Lady Golf Gift Card may also be used to place a phone order. Simply tell your personal shopper in advance you will be using a Lady Golf Gift Card for your purchase and provide the 16 digit account number on the back of the card.
If A Gift Card Is requested to be shipped a $5 charge applies for regular UPS delivery, $20 for overnight delivery. Per request your Gift Card will be shipped in a "special occasion" envelope (Happy Birthday, Happy Holidays, Happy Anniversary). There is NO SHIPPING CHARGE if you choose a GIFT CARD CERTIFICATE being e-mailed to you.NOTE: Please disregard the shipping amount displayed within the shopping carts checkout section.
