Solenodon cubanus
This family contains one surviving genus and two endangered species, both of which we are proud to offer. Unique, among mammals, is their ability to produce toxic saliva. A special groove in the second incisor carries the poison to their victims (simila to Gila Monsters). Original skull graciously loaned to us by the Philadelphia Acadamy of Sciences a portion of each sale goes to the musem to further their research.
