The Polder Thermometer with Timer and Clock is so easy to read and easy to use. The thermometer works by inserting the stainless steel probe into the meat during the cooking process. The inner temperature will be displayed, and you'll know when the meat has reached rare to well-done -- without the guesswork. A loud alarm will let you know when the inner temp is met! The temperature range is -14F/-10C to 392F/200C. The timer features a 23-hour/59-minute countdown timer and count-up stopwatch; the real time clock lets you choose between 12 or 24-hour settings.

The digital display on both timer and thermometer are large and work independently each other. A one-year warranty accompanies Polder home tools.
