With a solid, heavy duty zinc die cast housing, Model #565 weighs 6 lbs., 9 oz. Differentiated by a sturdy ABS housing, Model 560 weighs considerably less (3 lbs., 3 oz). Both qualify for the designation of commercial grade. Yet, their design is elegant and timeless. The Infinity's solid steel advanced conical burr design and gear reduction motor creates less friction and heat, thus preserving maximum flavor and aroma in your coffee. Grind in any of the 16 different settings -- from Turkish fine to percolator coarse. The slow grinding minimizes static build-up. Set the timer to grind from 5 to 60 seconds. It stops automatically.
