The Gateau Pan, part of the La Forme collection by Kaiser, will transform a plain cake into something extraordinary. The bottom of the pan is embossed in the form of a daisy - petals and all. The generously sized pan --11" in diameter and 3" in height -- will hold ten cups of your favorite cake batter. And the impression of the flower petals will make decorating and slicing easy.

The quick release and 10% shorter baking time characterize all Kaiser Bakeware products. Although the pan is non-stick, a thin layer of butter or oil is suggested for a smooth, tightly sealed crust.

The Gateau Pan, and all Kaiser Bakeware products, are scratch resistant and ovensafe to 450 degrees.
