Here is a food mill that is ideal for fruit, vegetable sauces, purees, and baby food. Used as a strainer, it separates skins and seeds from puree. It can also be used to mash or rice potatoes. This all-stainless steel food mill holds 2 quarts (1.9 ltrs.). Included are a 3mm disc - ideal for smooth sauces; and a 5mm disc for thicker sauces.

Clean-up is easy. Simply remove bar, handle, blade and disc. Hand wash in warm, soapy water.
