The Pig Tail Food Flipper has a surgical steel shaft with a "tail" that allows you to turn or carry food without tearing or marking. Great for use on the grill (the shaft is long enough to keep your hand away from the heat) or in the kitchen. The strap at the end of the wooden handle allows you to hang it from your utensil rack for easy storage. Available as a set of two flippers with 9" or 15" shaft; or as a single with 9" shaft.
